Notice for Library Users:
- We have introduced a new online library system with improved functionality and a fresh look. You will need to set your PIN here, before you login to access your account and reserve items. You can use your old number to make the transfer seamless- and it'll be easier to remember, you just need to reset it on the new system!
- Further online assistance is available from Libraries Ireland support here or by emailing onlinequeries@kerrylibrary.ie.
- From Thursday 31st March, 2022 you will need to reset your PIN to access your Borrowbox account. You can set your PIN online here or contact your local library during opening hours.
- Kerry County Council through its library service operates 9 branch libraries throughout the county - Ballybunion, Caherciveen, Castleisland, An Daingean, Kenmare, Killarney, Killorglin, Listowel and Tralee.
- Each Branch Library provides adult and children's book lending, including audio books, large print titles, reference collections, local and daily newspapers.
- In line with the latest government guidance, all Kerry Libraries have re-opened and are providing normal book lending services.
- Limited computer, wifi, printing and study facilities have re-opened in branch libraries across the county.
