How 'Contact and Collect' works:
- Contact your local library by phone, email, or through the contact form below to arrange an appointment time.
- You will be asked to provide your name, phone number or email address, and your library card number (if you have it).
- For a general selection of books, please contact your local library by phone, email or the contact form below and supply us with your favourite authors and genres. Library staff will pick out a selection of books based on the information you have supplied.
- Your items will be checked out to your account and bagged.
- When confirming your appointment you will be given a reference number and a time and date to collect your items.
- The bag with your name and reference number will be ready for collection at the designated time. You can return any items you have borrowed at the same time.
- In order to manage queues safely and to maintain social distancing, we ask that you come to the library at the time arranged.
- This service is available to all borrowers and parents/guardians are asked to make the arrangements on behalf of children under the age of 12.
- If you are returning books without borrowing anything, you are still required to make an appointment in advance.
