Healthy Ireland at your Library aims to help improve the health and well-being of the Nation and is funded by the Department of Health. The initiative initiative has been rolled out across all of Kerry's branch and mobile libraries with the introduction of the Healthy Ireland collection of books available in all locations and access for all library member to the Healthy Ireland collection of eBooks, eMagazines, and eAudiobooks. A full Healthy Ireland at Your Library events programme runs throughout the year in all of Kerry's branch libraries.
Healthy Ireland at your Library Book Collection

This health and well being book collection has over 100 titles covering the three Healthy Ireland themes – Eat Well, Think Well, Be Well. Each book was specially evaluated nationally to provide individuals and families with reliable, accessible information to manage their general health and well being. The collection includes books for children and young adults as well. The full book list is available from your local library or to download here.

Healthy Ireland at Your Library collection of eBooks, Audio eBooks and eMagazines
A special collection of Healthy Ireland eBooks and audio eBooks can be downloaded from BorrowBox using your library card number and PIN. A large selection of Health and Fitness magazines are also available to download from RBdigital.
