Times Tables Rock Star
Times Tables Rock Stars is a carefully sequenced maths programme created by maths teachers to solve the perennial problem of pupils not knowing their times tables.
Time Tables Rock Stars uses computer game-design elements and principles to make times tables & maths fun. It is one of the leading Ed-Tech math’s products and provides an enjoyable and interactive way to successfully boost recall and math’s confidence amongst children. It can be used in the classroom as whole-group instruction or for homework. Teachers can choose to print worksheets or have their students play the game on the app (via IOS and Android) or website Teachers can also benefit from access to valuable data on the performance of their pupils, which enables them to view progress and easily celebrate successes through the use of custom leader boards and certificates. This is a school based resource and only one school account is needed to allow an an unlimited number of teachers and students within the school to sign up ensuring the programme is available to everyone. The programme is available free of charge for 6 months. This will be followed by a review of each school's usage and engagement with the programme. After this initial 6 month period, the schools that have engaged the most during this time will continue to have free access to the licences for a further six months.
